OUR CHAPBOOK WINNER

We are delighted to announce the 2009 winner of the Floating Bridge Press Chapbook Award, Katharine Whitcomb of Ellensburg, Washington, for her manuscript, Lamp of Letters. Finalists were Sharon Cumberland of Seattle for her collection, Unreasonable Woman, and Dennis Caswell ofWoodinville for No, You're Still Dead.

We had 135 entries this year, and it was the editorial board's opinion that these were the strongest group of submissions we have ever read. Thank you to all who entered.

Lamp of Letters will be published in early Fall, 2008.
